Childhood Apraxia of Speech in the School-Age Population

This training focuses on how to identify when a speech impairment may be the result of Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), and practical treatment strategies for students of all ages (3 years through upper grades) will be provided. Video clips from therapy sessions will be used to demonstrate key points.  Participants will learn evidence-based approaches for individualized intervention to enhance speech production and overall communication skills in educational settings.
