About me
Karen Criswell has worked as a pediatric speech pathologist for 26 years. Across six states and three continents, she has worked in private practice, public schools, an auditory-verbal preschool, and various Birth to Three programs. Karen taught and supervised speech pathology students at the University of Texas-El Paso, and she is currently a consultant specializing in speech sound disorders for the Listen Foundation. She has worked for OCSD for 5 years.
Karen was first listed on the Apraxia-Kids Professional Directory in 2015. Some of the courses or trainings she has attended include the following: Nancy Kaufman, DTTC, PROMPT, Pamela Marshalla, Cari Ebert, David Hammer, Debra Beckman, ORPP, and Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson.
